What's the response SLA for production issues?
Standard contracts: 4-hour business-hour response, 1-hour for severity-1. Enterprise / ministry-scale: 30-min response for severity-1, 24/7 on-call. Every contract names the on-call senior engineer (not a queue).
Where is the managed Odoo infrastructure hosted?
Most clients run on AWS or Azure in a Gulf region (typically Bahrain / UAE / Saudi Arabia for proximity to Kabul). Primary in one region, backup / DR in a second region. We can also run dedicated infrastructure or your-infrastructure with our management.
How are upgrades handled?
Major-version Odoo upgrades scheduled annually as part of the managed contract. We test the upgrade on a staging copy first, validate every custom module and integration, get sign-off, then schedule production upgrade in a defined maintenance window. Custom modules carrying through 2-3 Odoo major versions is normal.
Do you offer Dari/Pashto-language support?
Working language for technical support is English, but our Kabul-based team is multilingual, for in-country client teams who prefer Dari or Pashto, we can route support that way.
