How do you handle messy data in source systems?
Every migration starts with a paid data-audit phase. We catalog data quality issues (duplicate masters, missing fields, unreconciled balances, orphaned records) and present a written cleanup plan. Cleanup happens in the source system (where the data needs to be right for ongoing operations anyway), before migration extract.
Can you migrate from a legacy MIS that doesn't have an API?
Yes, most Afghan legacy systems don't have proper APIs. We extract via database direct read (read-only credentials), structured exports (CSV / Excel), or custom adapter code we write. The extract layer is one-time work; once data lands in our staging area, the Odoo target mapping is standard.
