Afghan Odoo customization needs are specific: AFN + USD multi-currency throughout the system, Dari/Pashto data fields where the workflow needs them, integration with Afghan banks and Da Afghanistan Bank standards, sanctions-screening on vendors and customers, donor-reporting templates matching common donor formats (USAID, World Bank, GIZ, AKDN), grade-based payroll for public-sector clients, and audit trails that pass external donor review.
We've built all of these — repeatedly. The 500,000-employee national-government Odoo HR engagement involved extensive custom modules: grade-based pay structures, multi-cycle payroll, allowance computation, leave management at scale, and integration with Afghan tax and banking infrastructure. Can you build a custom Dari/Pashto language pack?
Yes — we can deliver Dari and Pashto language packs for Odoo, including UI strings, report templates, and data field labels. For published Afghan-government use cases we have language-pack work that can be repurposed.
Do you handle Studio customizations or full Python modules?
Both. Studio is fine for simple field additions and quick workflow tweaks. For anything beyond simple, we recommend proper Python modules — better upgrade-safe, better tested, better source-controlled.
