We started Odoo work in Afghanistan in 2012, when there were essentially no other certified Odoo partners in the country. Since then we've delivered for both the public sector (Ministry of Interior Affairs, Ministry of Defense, and a 500,000-employee national-workforce HR and payroll engagement) and the private sector (manufacturing, retail, distribution, services, NGOs, and international donor programs).
What sets NETLINKS apart from newer Afghan Odoo partners: scale. The 500K-employee engagement involved 1,000+ system users, multi-payroll cycles, custom modules for grade-based pay structures, and integration with Afghan-specific tax and banking infrastructure. Most Afghan Odoo competitors have done implementations at single-organization scale (50-500 users). We've done both, and the playbooks transfer.
Delivery runs from our Kabul office in Shar-e-naw, with regional support from our Dubai office, India delivery center, and US headquarters. ISO 12207 (software lifecycle) and ISO 27001 (information security) certifications hold at the group level, the same audit-readiness Western enterprise clients expect.

How is your team made up?
Senior local engineers based in Kabul, complemented by regional senior architects in Dubai and India. Every client engagement has a senior architect leading discovery and design, never juniors. We do not pass-through to offshore body shops.
What languages do you operate in?
English is our default working language. Local-language support (Dari, Pashto) is available for in-country client teams. Odoo configurations can include Dari/Pashto data fields and bilingual reports where the workflow requires it.
