Proof, not promises · named Afghan engagements since 2005
ERP case studies in Afghanistan, the work, with the names attached.
Ministries, international NGOs, exchange houses, hospitals, and manufacturers across Afghanistan run on systems NETLINKS built. Here are real, named engagements by sector, from the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum to International Medical Corps to a 500,000-employee national-government payroll. Many more are under NDA.
NETLINKS has delivered ERP and enterprise software to named Afghan organizations across five sectors, government (Ministry of Mines and Petroleum, Ministry of Foreign Affairs), NGOs (International Medical Corps, Swedish Committee for Afghanistan), banking, health, and manufacturing, including a 500,000-employee national-government Odoo payroll rollout.

Two decades of Afghan enterprise systems, referenced and verifiable.
Most software vendors in Afghanistan can describe what they do. Far fewer can name the institutions that trust them with payroll, patient records, and ministry finances. NETLINKS can. Since 2005 we have built and run enterprise systems for Afghan ministries, the largest international NGOs operating in the country, regulated exchange houses, hospital groups, and manufacturers, as a certified Odoo partner since 2012 and the team behind Jobs.af and ACBAR.org.
The headline engagement is a 500,000-employee national-government Odoo HR and payroll rollout: 1,000+ system users, grade-based pay structures, and integration with Afghan national tax and banking infrastructure. No other Afghan firm has matched that scale. But scale alone isn't the story, the same engineering discipline runs through a 1,600-employee NGO payroll across five provinces and a hospital lab system built to HIPAA and GDPR standards.
A real limitation worth stating plainly: many of our engagements, particularly in banking, security-adjacent government, and donor programs, are confidential under NDA and cannot be named here. The clients below are those we are cleared to reference. They are a representative sample of the work, not the whole of it. In a discovery call we can speak to relevant sector experience in more detail and, where permitted, arrange direct references.

Why can't you name some of your projects?
A large share of our banking, government, and donor-funded work is under NDA, the client controls disclosure, not us. That's normal for regulated sectors. In a discovery call we can discuss relevant sector experience and, where the client permits, arrange a direct reference.
Can you share a reference from my sector before I commit?
Often, yes. Where a client has agreed to act as a reference, we'll connect you, particularly in NGO, health, and government, where named clients above can speak to the work. We arrange this after an initial discovery so the conversation is relevant to your project.
What's the largest system you've delivered in Afghanistan?
A 500,000-employee national-government Odoo HR and payroll rollout, 1,000+ system users, grade-based pay, and integration with national tax and banking infrastructure. It's the largest enterprise deployment by any Afghan software firm that we're aware of.
